2.1 Process of Returns & Exchanges
A.Return/Exchange Authorization
If you would like to cancel or exchange the order, please email us at service@poeii.com within 10 days of purchase, from the day the order was placed. Please include the required information as below in your email.

B.Return/Exchange Authorization Email from POEII
  1. After receiving your return or exchange request, POEII will email  you the Return or Exchange authorization number and other relevant information within 1-3 working days. 
  2. You must return your item(s) to “POEII Online Return/ Exchange” within 8 days after the day you received Return/Exchange authorization email. So that POEII will be able to process your request as quickly as possible. The returns or exchanges will not be valid if POEII does not receive your parcel within 8 days.
C.Carrier for Returns & Exchanges
POEII recommends sending returned item(s) via DHL to ensure goods are protected during transit. However, you can make a return with the any carrier of your choice to below address:

For your safety, please keep the receipt/ tracking number  for any event during the delivery.
 
D.After Receiving the Returned Item(s)
Once delivered to POEII warehouse, return/ exchange are all take 3-5 working days to process. Upon completed, refund comfimation email will be generated. Please noted, it take longer processing during peak seasons.
 
E.Returns & Exchanges
1.Refunds
Please aware, 3% Transaction Fee will be deducted from the refunded payment.
Please aware, all refund payment will deducted 3%Transaction Fee.  
 
2.Delivery Fees for Returns & Exchanges
Please note all return postage is at your own cost and risk. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the item(s) back to POEII. POEII does not reimburse any return costs, customs duties, taxes, or others during shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
 
3.Condition of Returned item(s)
Please noted, any return item(s) return must meet the following conditions.
Returned item(s) must remain unused and in a salable condition.
Returned item(s) must be in the original condition with original packaging.
 
4.Return or Exchange Authorization from POEII
Please note, it may cause delay in processing if return without POEII’s return or exchange authorize. 
 
5.POEII reserves the right to reject the returns & exchanges item that do not meet above requirements. POEII will notified you via email if your return is rejected.
 
6.For your safety, POEII highly recommends sending using a tracked and insured postage service and always retain the copy/proof of postage with its tracking number as POEII will not accept and compensate for items which are lost or damaged in transit.
 
2.2 Refund 
POEII will contact you through email once POEII receive your return item(s) and inform you further on whether your return request has been processed or denied.
Once your return request has been approved, POEII will process the refund within 10 working days through the original payment method.
 
2.3 Refused deliver
Due to any reason, if the purchased item is refused at delivery; you have responsible for 3% the transaction fee, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes and others during transportation. And it will be deducted from the refunded payment. 
 
2.4 Exchange
POEII offers free shipping on exchange, up to one time per product per order, however this is permitted only within 10 days of purchase. POEII will not be able to retain any particular item(s) for exchange. All the exchanges will be processed based on the current stock status once receiving the returned item(s)
