1.Quality guarantee
POEII serves the right to repair/maintain faulty item(s) under normal usage within 1 year from the original date of purchase. Customer must provide proof of purchase. During the warranty period, POEII will help to repair/maintain the faulty item(s). However, POEII will not accept any return or exchange if requested more than 10 days after the purchase, nor will POEII process refunds. For more information, please refer to above “Returns & Exchanges Policy”.
 
2.Repair Request
For any repair request, please email at service@poeii.com. POEII’s Customer Service team will get back to you in 2-3 working days.
Customers are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the item(s) back to POEII, including any customs duties, taxes during transportation.
